How can I pay in the online shop?

You can choose from several payment options

PrayHaven offers you the following payment options in the online shop:

Payment by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and VISA)
Payment with Paypal
Payment with Sofort Banking
Payment with Apple Pay

How can I pay with my credit card?

You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following Dutch credit cards: VISA, American Express and MasterCard. If you choose this payment method, please enter your credit card number, the exact name of the card, the expiration date and the three-digit CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the card) on the payment page. To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and thus protected from third-party access. When ordering, your credit card payment will be authorized. The cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud. The amount will not be debited until the order is delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, only the amount for the part of the order actually delivered will be charged.


How can I pay with Sofort Banking?

PrayHaven offers the possibility to pay with Sofort Banking. Sofort Banking is actually an online bank transfer using your internet banking details. On the secure payment page of Sofort you log in with your regular internet banking details. Then select the bank account you want to pay with. Enter the confirmation code and click "Continue. You will now see a confirmation of your order in our webshop.

Is it safe to store at prayhaven.com?

- Shopping at PrayHaven is very secure. To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and thus protected from third-party access. This means that your personal data is encrypted and cannot be accessed by others.
- We comply with all provisions of the Data Protection Act and all other legal requirements.
- And we never pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Every completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation.

What can I do if I have payment problems?

If you cannot proceed with payment even though you have already added the product to your shopping cart and created an account, we recommend clearing your browsing history (see top right of your browser, History, Clear History). You can then add the product to your shopping cart again and proceed with payment.

Can I cancel an order?

This is only possible if you send an email to info@prayhaven.com with your name, order number and order date before 5 p.m. on the day of the order. It may be that your order has already been processed. In that case, you can only cancel the order by returning the package.

- If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovery of the defect. If PrayHaven deems that the product actually shows a defect (not due to normal wear, misuse and/or poor maintenance), Yezzos will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period to be determined by PrayHaven. During this repair you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If PrayHaven believes that repair of the product is not possible or reasonable given the cost, PrayHaven will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.

- If PrayHaven' instructions are not followed or if you have improperly used or failed to maintain the product, you are not entitled to any repair, replacement or refund. The possibility of invoking any form of warranty is also excluded if the product has been modified.

- Damage to the following parts of the watch: glass, bracelet, crown/pin and battery are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, the manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal warranty to which the consumer is entitled. Legal warranty means that a product must meet the requirements that the consumer may reasonably expect of it.
