Digital Marketer
As Digital Marketer you are keen on numbers and conclusions and make recommendations to your colleagues and the MT. As mentioned, you are responsible for the technical marketing and keep yourself busy with the different programs. You analyze what can be improved with Google Analytics, the email funnels and the entire customer journey.
In your role as Digital Marketer you will have a lot of freedom and be responsible for your own work and development! You make sure PrayHaven is on the map and enjoy the results you achieve.
Job requirements
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- You have experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.);
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- You are available 24 to 40 hours per week;
- You are in possession of a driver's license B.S.

Customer Service Manager
We are immediately looking for customer service managers who are willing to go the extra mile. Work in a young and dynamic team where you will quickly be given responsibility. You will independently supervise and develop our customer service department.
You will be responsible for maximum customer satisfaction of our customer network, consisting of business and residential customers.
Handle incoming telephone and email traffic in Dutch and English
Working out appropriate solutions for complaints or problems related to our turntables
Organizing return shipments in cooperation with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.)
Working in our Zendesk CRM system
Reporting and providing feedback on notable customer cases
Job requirements
Educational background MBO, HBO
You are available 16 - 24 hours per week
Experience in customer service is a plus but not a must
You speak and write good Dutch and English
