Because we want to minimize the impact on the environment, we ask you to contact us in advance to make arrangements. In this way, we will contribute to a greener climate together!
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@prayhaven.com within 14 days of delivery of your item and we will be happy to help you ship your order for a refund.
The warranty is valid only under the following conditions:
The goods must not be damaged. The original packaging must be present;
The goods must be in a condition in which they can be resold by us;
Upon receipt of the returned goods by us, the order will be cancelled. The amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days of cancellation.
Cancellation of orders must be notified to us in writing.
The following goods are excluded from the right of return:
Goods ordered for business projects;
Customized goods. Such specially ordered and/or customized goods cannot be returned.
Easy returns in 3 steps
Step 1: Fill out the return form.
Send us an email via the contact page to receive the return form.
Step 2: Send the order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Be sure to include a track & trace code with the package. You are responsible as the sender and we don't want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is in your bank account within 5 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns without a tracking code can get lost in the mail. We advise our customers to always register a return with us and include a tracking code.
