Now choose a color and/or size and click "Add to Cart." Of course, you can continue shopping. You can return to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "shopping cart" in the upper right corner. Please note: If there are items in your shopping cart, it does not mean they are reserved.

Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the "Shopping Bag" icon in the upper right corner to go to the PrayHaven items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if necessary. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will now be taken to the checkout page. Here you can enter all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, you cannot change it, because your order will be processed immediately so you will receive it as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
PrayHaven pays the shipping costs. You do not pay shipping costs.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order through the order status page, the link of which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
PrayHaven strives to deliver its products quickly. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We deliver many of our products directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait 7 days for you at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a message from the driver, this will also indicate the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window of time to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this to us, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be initiated by PostNL, we will keep you informed until the investigation is completed.
